Project Scent Shipping Policy

We are Project Scent, a UK-based website that ships within the United Kingdom only. Our shipping fees are based on the weight of the package.

For packages weighing up to 2kg, the shipping charge is £3.99

For packages weighing between 2.01 kg and 20kg, the shipping charge is £6.99

Please note that our shipping fees do not include customs duties or taxes, if applicable. All orders will be processed and shipped within 4 business days, and a tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

We use a trusted courier service to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please contact us.

If you would like to collect your order, please select the pick-up option at checkout. You now have 2 pick-up locations to choose from.
